1、行為達(dá)到精確化。辦事程序和服務(wù)承諾內(nèi)容做到安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，干部職工從小事做起，從細(xì)節(jié)抓起，一言一行都按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。
