近日，冀中能源峰峰集團薛村礦風井區工會在全區干部職工中開展了“三個到位”主題活動，為確保安全年安全生產奠定了基礎。
安全宣教工作到位。該區工會充分利用班前會、職工會等形式，狠抓干部職工的安全教育，通過每日一題、事故案例、安全知識問答等活動，增強了干部職工的自主保安意識和安全防范意識，營造了時時、處處、事事、人人重安全的氛圍。
思想認識工作到位。思想是行動的先導，思想動態的正確與否，直接決定著個人的安全行為，抓思想就是當務之急。該區工會認真組織網員對單位的問題職工進行了摸底，并通過有目的的談心、交流，及時消除他們的思想隱患，幫助他們樹立“安全第一、預防為主”的意識，保障了安全生產。
